This weekend Austin City Limits is having on two great bands. Death Cab For Cutie and My Morning Jacket. Yess! Both are awesome. If you’ve never heard either be sure to tune in to PBS this Saturday, February 11, 2006 at 8:00 p.m. central time.

“Death Cab for Cutie has long been a critical favorite for the infectious melodies and moody lyrics. The Washington-based group performs songs from their new release, Plans, plus their breakthrough CD, Transatlanticism. My Morning Jacket has taken exotic soundscapes, guitar rock and clever lyrics and combined them for a unique sound that has won the band an ever-growing group of fans. The Kentucky band performs songs from their newest release, Z.”

Make sure to out Austin City Limits. Two great bands, one great show.
